Dear Valued Customers and Partners,
Hope this message finds you well! As the joyful double holidays of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day are approaching, we sincerely appreciate your long-term trust, support and cooperation with our company. We are a professional manufacturer specializing in PVC, PU and TPU waterproof bags and luggage products, committed to providing high-quality waterproof luggage solutions and reliable services for global customers.
To celebrate the two national festivals, we hereby formally announce our company’s holiday arrangement for the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day for your reference and proper order planning:
Our company will be closed for holidays from 25th Sept. to 27th Sept, and October 1st to October 7th. We will resume normal production, office work, order processing and logistics arrangement on October 8th.
In view of the holiday shutdown and the possible delays in production, logistics and customs clearance during the holiday period, we sincerely remind you to arrange your purchase orders and production plans in advance. Please confirm and place urgent orders as early as possible before the holiday to avoid any delay in product delivery and project progress caused by the holiday break. For orders arranged before the holiday, our team will fully accelerate production and strictly control product quality to ensure stable delivery of all customized and standard PVC, PU, TPU waterproof luggage products.
During the holiday closure, our daily office and production work will be suspended, and there may be a slight delay in replying to emails, messages and inquiries. However, we will keep smooth communication for urgent business issues. If you have any emergency order problems or business inquiries, please feel free to contact our sales team via mobile phone or dedicated emergency email, and we will respond and handle your needs as soon as possible.
Once again, we would like to extend our most sincere festival wishes to you, your families and your team! Wish you a pleasant, relaxing and wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, with good health and smooth business all the year round.
We look forward to continuing our sincere cooperation and creating greater value with you in the future!
