Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A:  We are a professional manufacturer of all waterproof bag, such as backpack, duffel, barrel bag, motor & bike bag, 

waist bag, phone case etc.

Q2: How do you control the products quality?

A: We will do all the process per ISO 9001 quality system. Also We have 25 members QC to do 100% inspection for the products before shipping.

Q3: How much time to ship the goods if place an order?

A: Usually it will take 30-65 days to finish the goods, but sometimes depend on the order quantity.

Q4: How do you to handle the issue if the products have some problem after received?

A: We will compensate the customers for loss by products or discount if the problem caused by the us.

Q5: What is your Payment Terms?

A: Sample order: 100% T/T in advance. Production Order: We do 30% Deposit in advance before production, balance

against copy of B/L. 

Q6: What kind of show do you have?

A: Canton Fair, Salt Lake City OR Show, Munich ISPO, Shanghai/Beijing ISPO.

Q7: Can we print our logo on the product? 

A: Yes, print your logo on product is available.

Q8: What are the advantages of your factory? 

A: We are certified by BSCI, ISO 9000, we have been in this line for more than 20 years, chief designer has 30-year experience. 35000 Square meters area with 9 production lines, with more than 40 sets of automatic stitching machines,  80 sets of HF welding machines, 9 sets of Laser cutting machines, more than 2000 Square meters of in-house printing, with a worker member of more than 250. 

     Big branding cooperation experience, like HydroFlask, Samsonite, NIO, SW-Moto, SUZUKI etc.
